CFD Orbiter Model
Full Description
This is a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) computer generated Space Shuttle
model. CFD has supplanted wind tunnels for many evaluations of aircraft. As
computing power increases and computer models become more sophisticated, CFD
will largely replace wind tunnels.
